IBM has recently made the iSeries systems so user friendly that the vast majority of new systems and features are designated as Customer Setup Units (CSU's) or Customer Installable Features (CIF's). Many of our customers are hesitant to install these new systems or system features by themselves. Just give us a call and in most cases we can walk you through it over the phone. If it becomes necessary we can schedule one of our iSeries Certified technicians, or your local IBM CE, to arrive on-site and perform the installation for you.
